- To secure a reservation, credit/debit card details will be required.
- Your card will be charged the full booking cost upon reservation confirmation, in the event of a declined transaction, we will contact you by email.
- Please email us to check availability before submitting your card details.
- Some of the information provided may be held on our database.
CHECK-IN :
- Unless by prior arrangement:
- Earliest check-in or luggage drop from 4.00pm.
- Latest check-in 11.00pm.
CHECK-OUT:
- Latest check-out at 10.00am on day of departure (it may be possible to leave luggage for later collection, please enquire)
METHODS OF PAYMENT:
- We accept GBP, Sterling Travellers Cheques and most credit and debit cards.
- Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Solo, Switch, Visa Debit, Electron
- We do not accept American Express

CANCELLATION POLICY:
- Reservations must be cancelled a minimum of 72 hours prior to your arrival date.
In the event of a 'late cancellation' or 'no show' your card will be charged the full rate of your first nights reservation.
- Cancellations made at any time, will incur a 20GBP administration fee.
- Please note that with 'late cancellations' we will endeavour to re-book the room in which case your card will not be charged, other than the 20GBP administration fee.
NON-SMOKING POLICY & DAMAGES
- Dover's Restover is a totally non-smoking establishment.
- If you choose to disregard our strict non-smoking policy and smoke on the premises, your credit/debit card will be subject to a £50.00 penalty charge and you will be asked to leave the premises immediately.
- You are respectfully reminded that it is against the law to smoke in public places.
- Damage to furniture, furnishings, fixtures & fittings is subject to a minimum charge of £50.00.
PARKING:
- Off street and long term available, please enquire at time of reservation for availability.
FOR YOUR SAFETY:
- We hold a current fire certificate, with alarm system and smoke alarms
HEAVY LUGGAGE:
- For one night restovers we recommend an overnight bag, as we are happy to hold very heavy luggage for you on the ground floor.
- We do not have an elevator on the premises.
WE REGRET:
- Pets & guide dogs cannot be accommodated.
- In the interest of health & hygeine, we cannot store any foods, freezer packs or medication.
